About the job:
s travel to patients ' homes to provide care so the patient can stay in their homes rather than move into residential care facilities. HH RN' s may also provide Hospice Care, which is end of life care for terminal patients at home. Daily tasks include checking wounds for proper healing, administering medications, checking vital signs, and making assessments to prepare reports for the doctor.
